Canvas Chimney out of order since 6 months last. Though it was checked by a personnel from Shakers, it found out that electrical section
have a problem. Still the chimney is lying on the earth unattended at the grace of Shakers Applicances. Several Telephonic discussion with numbers of persons at Shakers' Kolkata office but they are reluctant. May I ask the Director of Shakers applicances what is the culture to give the service of its customers. An early reply/action is highly appreciated.
