We had hired Caravan Packers and Movers for shifting our household goods from Bangalore (Karnataka) to Junagadh (Gujarat). After receiving the goods at Junagadh we found that our TV was damaged so we claimed for the insurance money. but even after so many e-mail and phone calls, they are not taking any action. please let me know what should I do now.
