We had purchased 4 Carrier 2.0 Ton Split A/c Model Estrella in Aug 09 from carrier Dealer Vishwa Enterprises. The 4 A/Cs are under warranty as on date 4th Sept 10. There is problem with two of our A/Cs, one A/C is not starting at all and the second A/C the filter has been chocked as the orange light is on.
We have filed compalint number DEL 0222 dated 23rd Aug 10 on Carrier helpline numbr 180030111111 and have followed up with them by phoning them almost twice daily for last 10 days. We have sent email also to their custome support center with no reply We are given one excuse or the other but the company is not attending the complaint by making both the A/Cs functional and useable. Lastly we were informed that we have not paid for the 4 A/Cs and their installation charges to their Dealer Vishwa Enterprises New Delhi but we were not informed or given any bill number, date and amount which has not been paid by us. We have documenatry proof of cheque no.733549 dated 5/9/09 which was given for purchase of the 4 A/Cs which has been cleared from our bank while cash receipt for payment of the other installation charges. According to us no payment is pending form our side, the Dealer Vishwa Enterprises is located in the same office complex as us and is unnecessary putting pressure on us as well as black mailing us due to other issues in the office complex.
The Carrier Company should attend our complaint at the earliest and make both the A/Cs in perfectly working condition.
