Dear Sir,

We have purchased Beryl Cooking range from you on January 7, reference No. 635, but we are not satisfied with this product. Even after pre-heating the oven for half an hour and cooking for an hour food items are remaining uncooked and there is no uniform heat inside the oven to enable proper cooking and baking. We have requested repeatedly to look into the matter and it has been attended by your service people more than 7 times but there is no solution to the problem.

Recently we took to the matter very strongly and someone came and promised to change the entire coil but after waiting 15/20 days again came and serviced the oven. We don’t understand why the coil was not replaced on time. Now we are getting the answer that there is no service person.

Now it seems we are getting a very cold response from your end and we are unable to understand why the machine is not been replaced when we have been supplied a defective piece which is not repairable.

Still the oven is lying at Cata's dealer for the last 15 days but no reply.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
