Since i have brought micromax q5, i haven't been able to use any of the IM's like GTalk, NimBuzz, eBuddy, FaceBook (like one-touch FaceBook), etc ..when i contacted Planet M (from where i purchased my mobile) for an exchange, they initially agreed to exchange it for another Q5 but when i reached there, they said micromax is not in the exchange programmee.. I showed them the bill and warranty receipt in which it is clearly mentioned about PRODUCTS being exchanged within and nowhere it says about mobiles not being exchanged! I mean common, such a pathetic service from such huge giants like ' Planet M '!! From the day i brought my mobile, my IM's aren't working..
Either give me a replacement immediately or solve my problem.
