I HAD BOUGHT A CATA HOB MARK 90 FROM METAL KRAFT GURGAON ON 26/06. THE HOB STARTED GIVING ME TROUBLE ONLY AFTER ONE MONTH OR SO. I MADE A COMPLAINT WITH CATA CUSTOMER CARE THE PROBLEM PERSISTED THEN I MADE N NO OF COMPLAINTS BUT UNFORTUNATELY COULD NOT BE RECTIFIED..THE DETAIL OF COMPLAINTS CAN BE TAKEN FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE OF CATA.I WAS ASKED TO CALL UP MR BIPIN WHO WAS THE ZONAL HEAD OF CATA AT THAT TIME AND DISCUSS MY CONCER TO HIM. I TOLD HIM THAT THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THE PRODUCTTHAT IT IS GIVING ME TROUBLE EVERY NOW AND THEN. NOW THE PRDUCT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY ANY MORE AND I HAVE TO SHELL OUT RUPEES 350 FOR EVERY VISIT AND IM AFRAID THAT IF I START CALLING THEM I WOULD END UP PAYING A LOT ON HOME VISIT CHARGES.
