Description dear customer service team
I had requested for a connection from your company about a month ago and after continous persual with Mr. pratap and Mr. balram I was not able to get the connection as they told me that I would have to buy a stove along with the connection but as i already have a stove I need not buy a stove but I am being harrased to buy the stove in order to get the gas connection. kindly help and get me my connection asap

first of all there is no body living on the first floor and above all no connection would be released against one burner stove. its dangerious to use.

dear mam
I myself am living on the first floor alongwith my wife and one and a half year old daughter, we just freshly been seperated from our parents and sourcing food from the market, and I hope you understand how difficult it is with a child, also I have a 4 burner stove and a 1 burner stove and would be using the 4 burner one as you just told me that 1 burner is dangerious to use, thanks for the advice, now would you please speed up the process and alot me the connection as soon as possible as it has already been more than a month i have been following up with this.
