I PURCHASED A VIDEOCON 29' FLAT COLOR TV ON JAN 11. I NOTICED DARK COLORED SPOTS ON THE SCREEN. CONTACTED THE COMPANY CUSTOMER CARE. ONE TECHNICIAN CAME TO SEE THE FAULT AND PROMISED TO REPLACE THE PICTURE TUBE AS THE SAME WAS FOUND FAULTY. ATLEAST 15 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE THEN. NOBODY HAS TURNED UP. I HAD TO CALL CUST CARE AGAIN. THEY TOLD ME THAT PREVIOUS COMPLAINT WAS CANCELLED AND I NEED TO MAKE FRESH COMPLAINT. THIS IS PATHETIC AFTER BUYING PRODUCT FROM A WELL KNOWN AND WELL ADVERTISED BRAND. I WISH COMPANY GETS SOME SENSITIVITY TOWARDS ITS CUSTOMERS AND SORTS ISSUES FAST.
