I purchased a videcon split AC and since the time I have purchased it the AC has been giving me problems. I have a complain registered practically every fifteen days with the service centre, since something or the other in the AC gives way and it stops functioning. Totally frustrated with this particular piece of electronic item. I wish the company would look info my numerous complains and then figure out if I was delivered a defective piece. I need some answers to my problem.
