Dear Sir,

I virender singh, customer of Onida, last year on 27th May I purchased A window AC model no WG18N.from retailer M/s Kool Mart. Add- 127, sant nagar, east of kailash New delhi-110065, After purchasing to installation to till now, It dint work properly till now. We lodged it first complaint on 3 august via customer care, complaint no 11087996380088 and it finally resolved in last week of september. And after that we dint use it. And now as we restarted it after servicing, again it started showing faults. I registered complaint on 23rd for non working properly via customer care, complaint no 12039686380577, it resolved today.

Sir, every time as they people came, every time they tell us different complaints. We got totally fed up with their services... Yet now I don't want this AC.. Because as the day of purchased it not worked good for even a single day...
