I have purchade a Videocon TV 21" 5453QS from Next Retail Ltd - Gurgaon, on 2nd Dec against inv no - 2240.Now this TV is facing some electronic problem. I have complained to the same branch & have in touch from the complain date to till date (Complain No - 31021 date.1st January Concerned Person - Pooja). Pooja had given a reference of Videocon service centre, Mr. Arun. I have been touching with him, but till date no one come to check my tv. Pls do the need full. Waitning for favourable reply.
