Myself is an user of your Airtel prepaid mobile service, having sim number 8991900000071403490, since Dec.my mobile number is 9960458768 and am residing in Ambernath.
I have certain complaints against your service which is harassing me since couple of month. I had subscribed for Airtel live music on demand by dialing 543213 in past three months ago and I used the service one month. However to unsubscribe that service I am neither getting any solution through customer care nor by dialing 543213 for which I loose RS 30.00 talk time in previous easy recharge which was automatically debited from my account as renewal charges. Again I made a call to customer care no.121, but this time the customer care number was not responding from my number only. I tried calling customer care from my friends mobile and I got response from them to dial again 543213 and within this there should shortcuts to cancel my above service, but I didn’t got any shortcuts to unsubscribe the service. Again I called up and asked for a different solution, but till then the customer care was not responding from my number. So I had called from my friend number and this time I got message from customer care that my request reference number is 1228747312 on 28th Dec. I thought they will definitely solve my problem and afterwards I refilled my account on 30th Dec07, but this time also they made me bogus and I received deduction of renewal charges of RS 30.00 today again which irritated me. I tried customer care no since then, but no response, kindly forward me any solutions to get back my money and shut down the above mentioned service.
