Complaint relating to after sales service offered by Crompton
Service Department by not deputing their service representative
Since 02-03 till my sending this email to you.
I am sorry to bring to notice of my having purchased two ceiling fans of Crompton Make on 19-12 despite my having other brands of Ceiling Fans of Usha Make, Khaitan and Anchor Make Fans thinking Crompton to be a reputed brand with a good aftersales service. I really not happy with the complaints attended by the Call Centre instead of your inhouse centre.
For your information, I will list out the date-wise sequences of my complaint registered at your call centre :-
02-03 Lodged complaint No.1003001702
The said complaint lodged by me was closed without visiting or
attending the complaint.
05-03 Since the Service Representative did not turn up, enquired at the
Call Centre and was informed that the complaint is closed. Again,
Lodged another complaint on 05-03.
I understand from the Call Centre that your Service Representative
turned up on 16-03. I had left an instruction at the Call Centre
to visit my place on working days after 7.00 PM as all members of
my family are working. However, a request was given to call me on
my Mobile No.9820353090 an hour before his visit so that I can
reach from my office to my place of residence. Though, 16-03
was a holiday, I had to attend to my urgent work and had he rang me
up on my mobile, I would have been present.
17-03 On enquiry on this day at the Call Centre, I was informed that your
Service Represantative had visited on 16-03 and again lodged
Complaint No.1003020960. The very same day, I had contacted
Mr Ghag at your Head Office on Tel. 022-67558668 and response
was not very convincing and advised me to call back.
20-03 Today, I received a call from your Service Representative when I was
at my office that he will be visiting my place to sort out the problem,
when I mentioned that it will take atleast one hour to reach
my residence from the city and requested him to visit before 5.30 PM
today positively since he works only upto 6.00 PM.
I am sorry till sending this email, your service representative has not turned up and it is disheartening to know from a Company of repute like Crompton boasting through your call centres of providing service and attending complaints within 24 hours.
This is only an intimation to you and never with any intention of complaining.
