Please take necessary action and confirm the deactivation immediately.
For your information, your customer care officials on duty today from 9 pm in the call centre no.1500, 1503, 9444024365, 9400024365, have not bothered to attend my calls repeatedly and kept me waiting for more than 10 minutes and disconnected eventually. This kind of harrassment at important time when my complaint is not being taken for protection of my interest shows the total indifference attitude towards the customer and have decided to go for private service providers.
