Dismal performance of AC

I purchased 2T Whirlpool Chrome Split AC on June, 14.

It stopped cooling on May 7. it

In response to my SR No. PT 0512003819 dated May 9 their engineers refilled gas on May 15. The AC worked for barely 2 hours and stopped cooling.

When I reported this, I was asked to give a fresh complaint. I made another SR on May 16 vide No. PT 0512007321. Their engineers repaired it on May 21. It failed again.

Their engineer turned up on June 24 and refilled the gas again. It failed to cool once again. I was told the AC will have to be taken to workshop for major repairs.

When I asked for a replacement I was told 2T AC was not available. I agreed to take 1.5T as I was without AC at peak summer and did not want to wait further.

One week gone already. They must be waiting for winter!
