Non receipt of penta t-pad after payment

I have booked a penta t-pad IS70R online in march. i got confirmation mail on 23rd april and was asked to pay moneythrough challan at pnb. i did the same on 26th march, today is 4th april, still no confirmation received. no response from customer care (always busy). this is really poor way of treating customers.
