Hi, this is Ashok from Calicut Kerala (mob 09895699355) I have purchased a whirlpool purafresh deluxe on 16th April and after following up with the service people for almost a week finally got it installed on 24th of April. Used it for a two weeks and the water started tasting bad. i lodged a complaint with the call centre on 12th May recieved the customer satisfaction code 573 for c00511005685 (it should rather be named as customer dissatisfaction code in my experience) and upon recieving no response from whirlpool I sent out another message on 17th May to the call centre and registered a new complaint for which i recieved a message stating that my call is allocated to one MR santhosh along with his mobile numbr and asked me to state the exact problem when he calls up. waited for another day but did not recieve any call from Mr santhosh, then I tried the Mr Santhosh's mobile number mentioned inthe message i have recieved only to find out that the number is not in use. then i called up the call centre again and was re assured that the complaint will be solved next day. next day again i called up the customer care and they have given me the the mobile no of Mr Sali George whom they said is handling the service Centre in calicut. when i asked him why the service engineer didnt turn up even after 9 days he said he cannot check entire calls that his service engineer is supposed to attend and hungup the phone. Now after 11 days of lodging in the complaint am still buying bottled water. i dont know whether i will get my complaint get solved, but those who want to buy a water purifier kindly stay away from Whirlpool.
