We had purchased Sensation Ex 6.5 Kg. FAFL Washing Machine on 23rd Feb. This machine has been giving problem to us from the very begining. Last time when the machine was out of order, the Company took around 2 months time to repair it (despite of our request to change the faulty machine).
Now this machine is again out of order. We had lodged complain regarding this on 02-11 (complain id: KL1107000350). It is already over 14 days and as per your call centre the faulty part is still awaited to be procured.
I fail to understand, How can a company like Whirlpool take months to repair the washing machine?
I am afraid as to what will happen after the expiry of the warranty period.
