I have a Reliance Mobile Phone No.9315815359 which is being used by my better half. The connection was applied under scheme HPGCL 99through Mr. Parveen Punj. of Ambala (09315812182).

1st bill amounting to Rs 529.65 I received for the period 28-01.2008 to 29-02 bearing No. 361009352940.Which indicates the plan as DSHAFED399for which I have never applied. But I paid the amount of Rs 500/-on assurance that the plan will be converted to the desired plan waving off the extra charges.

Now again I am in receive of another bill No. 361077242045 amounting Rs 451.79 for the period of 01-03 to 31-03 under undesired plan.

I have contacted many times to customer care, Mr Parveen & Mr Deepak (Parveens Juneer) but all in vain. Customer Relation Ship Manager (Panipat) did not attended the phone.

I am being harassed by continuous messages and Phone calls from Reliance for depositing the bill amount. Let me know why I should pay for the faults which are not mine and why the reliance people are listening my complaints with deaf ears

Further, this is not the only connection facing problem. There are four more connections in Bhudkalan (Khizrabad) under this Plan.
