Poor services of Autho. Motorola Service Centre

I have two problems: 1) I have purchased Motorola CDMA "V3m" handset in last week of Mar'08 & merely after 4-5 days its battery cover fell down somewhere. Even I didn't notice immediately. Though it may be considered as a case of negligence but trust me i even didn't know how to take it off.

Further when I asked for a new cover in the Autho. Service Centre, they said it will take time (1o-15 days) get that. They even don't know its price & they are not in a position to respond when can it reach them. Till date I have got any satisfactory answer from them. I am just surprised to see their undutyful & irresponsible behaviour.

2) I am unable to connect the phone to Internet. Even after installation of all the S/W supplied, its modem is not getting detected by the PC.
