Electrolux 245 Ozen Refrigerator
After sales service

Since march 20 till today May 3, the defrost mechanism is not working and the refrigerator is not cooling. The after sales service is pathetic, visited around 8 times, replaced timer twice without any effect whatsoever. At the moment it is still not working. Though under warranty they are reluctant and refused to change the product even.
