Sir/Madam;
We were regular customer of On Dot Courier and booked our consignment through M/s Indo Mail Services, 45/6, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi through docket no. 216565594 Dt 12.08.2010 which contained some equipments for repair worth book value of Rs. 1.25 lac to our Airoli (Navi Mumbai Office). We reported the matter of non receipt to M/s Indo Mail Services 0n 10th September in writing and since then following up the matter with Mr. Pankaj Ph: 9210828102 and with Indo Mail Office but of no avail.
Please be informed that till date neither the consignment received at the destination nor returned back to us.
Some months back we stopped availing services of On Dot due to not delivering our goods.
Can anyone please help.
