Complain for the Improper functioning of Mobile Phone

My self Nitin Khandelwal, I have purchased a mobile from your side (Compact International) now its not working problems like--1.Its touch screen is not working.

2.It automatically hangs.

3.I cant able to pick up the calls.

4.if its screen touched it automatically hangs and start only after plugging out its battery.

I called you so many times (from last three days) on there number which is mentioned on the bill, but it always there system line says

please wait, the customer service desk person shortly talk to you, I am totally frustrated and not satisfied with there services from

the starting when the delivery of phone made so late, now please sought out my problem as soon as possible.

it is delivered me on 24/06/09
