Hi,
I purchased a coolpad 2938 mobile handset in the month of Jan from Punjgutta Reliance Store.
After one week only it's colour started fedding (from original black colour to brown colour). Now handset looks like very oldone because of fedding the colour.
After one week of purchase when problem started, I informed this thing to to Sales person Mr. Prasad
who sold it to me. That time he called me to come after 1 week. After 1 week when i again went to him he asked Original Invoice from me to get that handset replaced and said it is in warranty period. So i gave the original one and kept the xerox copy of that. After 3 weeks when no reply from his side then i tried to call him. First call he picked and then after not responded to any of my call. So lastly I went to reliance store, Punjgutta on 10 apr and asked my original invoice. That day first he clearly denied of having my original invoice. When i talked to his supervisor Mr. kaleem, he provided me the another Invoice.
Now I am having 2 different Invoices with different amount and invoice date for 1 product. I am surprised that how and when Reliance like big comp. started doing these type of fake things?
The sales person was not able to demonstrate me how to configure the email in coolpad handset. He doesn't know how to know if battery is completly charged while keeping it on charging. He doesn't know why some songs are not able to be run thru set.
If I spend 11k for set and get too much tension, running here and there to speak to sale person then My personnal advice PLEASE STOP MAKING FOOL THE CUSTOMERS WHILE SALING FAKE COMITMENTS NOT THE PRODUCT.
