Hi... my name is ekta... my coolpad handset s50 was troubling me ever since the day i bought it... its battery power was very low... didnt work for than 4 hrs... network was also giving problem... n suddenly one day contact list was erased and few days later my mobile turned switched off automatically and didnt recover since then... since it was under warranty i gave my to their service centre ie accel frontline services ltd in chakala andheri... they said that there is a problem with motherboard and they have to replace it which will take 10 - 15 days... its been over a month and they still havnt repaired it... i call there every now and then but they dont hav any answer to when they will repair it and give me my phone back
