Courier
Non delivery of the issue

Hello,

I made a courier with the consignment number A28193719 from hyderabad to gurgaon. When the courier was delivered to my friend he was not in the house and his brother received the courier. When my friend saw the courier after returning home ho found that the box was empty and nothing was there inside.

I made a complaint in both hyderabad & gurgaon but its 4 days now and there has been no update.

The service of the first flights courier is the worst of its kind... and the staff is very rude... when i went to file the complaint they were behaving as if i had stolen the item..

i suggest to all not to use the first flight courier...
