I have given my Philips TV to the authorized service centre on 19th of last month after a technician inspecting the TV at my house. I visited the service centre 5 times now and called them 20 times they are not giving proper response. They have not even identified what is the problem after 20 days. This is the worst customer care by Philips. I have so many Philips products at home, now I regret for that. I will never ever buy Philips products for lifetime and I will also try to spread this message to anyone and everyone I know.
