Life time incoming recharge

I am an extremely dissatisfied customer with the complaint id 475105366. I received a message from Vodafone on the 29th May regarding an offer of converting my prepaid connection to a Lifetime Incoming with a recharge of Rs.89 and that the account would be updated within 24hrs. I made the recharge on the same day to upgrade my connection (Transaction ID MH0872489291). Today is the 5th day and it has been more than 108 hrs my connection has not been upgraded and because my validity expired on the 30th May my incoming and outgoing calls have been restricted.

On Saturday I confirmed from your gallery that they were having a problem in the server so it would take 24hrs more, I still waited patiently. Yesterday ie 2nd June when I called up your Customer Care the executive named Sheetal Ghadi took my call and when I told her regarding the problem she put me on hold to find out why my account was not updated or at least that’ what she told me she was doing... but after more than 5 mins she came back and said she registered a complaint and that they would revert back to me by next day evening. When I told her that I wanted to speak to her supervisor she disconnected my call bluntly. In call duration of more than 9 mins your executive spk to me for not more than 2 mins. Still I kept patiently and went through your Irritating IVR which takes around 5 mins to get to a live person and I spoke to Jeetmal another executive who was suppose to transfer my call but even he disconnected my call. I still went through the torture of the IVR and got connected to Raj and when I told him I didn’t want to talk to him but his senior he again disconnected my call. This only makes me think either this is how happy you are helping your customers and that none of the executives on your floor know how to transfer the call or you guys just do it on purpose and think that we have all the time in the world to call you guys to remind you to do your job. Finally I got 4th time lucky and I got attended by Sudarshan who for no mistake of his had to listen to the music for his colleagues’ mistakes. He transferred my call to Roshita hopefully one of the supervisors on your floor, but of no use because she only took my alternate contact no and said she will update me regarding the progress of my complaint before 5pm today coz I had registered a complaint yesterday at 5, which I still haven’t received and nor has my account upgraded. I don’t understand one thing why do I need to register a complaint in the first place when you guys are anyways suppose to update it coz I paid for it. And how illogical of your executive to tell me that becoz I registered the complaint yesterday it will be done in next 24hrs which has still not been done and what about the 96hrs before my complaint that you wasted. You should have mentioned in the offer itself that I will have to call customer care to get it done I would have called the same day as I made the recharge. So ultimately I am on the same place my problems getting aggravating. Now when I call the Vodafone customer care I am again and again getting the same connecting menu which keeps coming back to the original menu thrice during the same call (and if I don’t disconnect would keep continuing) and doesn’t connect to a live person and this happened 5times today.

What do you guys expect from us??? Do you think we have all the time in the world to remind you to do your job properly and if you guys runs schemes and offers why don’t you give the customer what you promise to... and to my dismay now I cannot make a normal validity recharge coz my money that I paid for my last recharge will be overwritten or that’s what the Vodafone gallery people say.

Now my phone is not working and being a working person I cannot afford to keep my phone off for so long.
