No replacement of amplifier since last 10 months

We bought a DSE brand amplifier model numbar dy2023 from Croma outlet at R-City Mall at Ghatkopar in Mumbai almost a year back for approximately ten thousand rupees. The amplifier stopped functioning in a couple of months. We made repeated calls to Croma, who later when came in our contact denied saying you will have to call up DSE guys for repairing. We then started to call DSE, the response was not good here too. Finally two months back a guy from DSE came (nearly 8 months from purchase) and checked the amplifier and he said it has to be replaced and will be replaced within a weeks time. He didnt carry the amplifier he said other people will come with a replacement and at that time you can give the old one and get the new one from them. Since last two months no one has turned up either from DSE nor from Croma. If Croma cannot give service of a specific product, then why to keep such products? On top of it they charge you for a longer warranty and do not give service. Our experience is very bad with Croma. We want justice, we want our amplifier replaced with a new once as its in a warranty period. We will advice people not to by any item from Croma, as all is fake.
