We regret to inform you that, contrary to our initial pleasant experience at the Croma Electronics Megastore, Rajouri Garden New Delhi on 01 April when we purchased a HITACHI 1.5 Ton Split Air Conditioner, our subsequent experience and the response of the Croma Store has shattered our confidence.
Two sealed packages containing the component parts of the AC along with a voltage stabilizer were delivered by your Croma Store at our residence on 02 April as promised.
However, on 04 April when HITACHI reps came to install the AC, they opened the packages and found that the package of the Tubing Set was not there and also the AC Remote was not there in the packages, making installation of the AC impossible.
For two and a half long hours, between 6PM and 8.30 PM, I made more than 50 attempts to contact the Croma Store with limited results. On four occasions, my call was answered by a lady promising to call back in a few minutes. She refused to let me speak to the manager or any other responsible person who could remedy our problem. On persisting she tried to call Mr. Dharamvir who was apparently 'busy with other customers' and refused to attend to our genuine concern even telephonically. No call/response was received from your store.
The response of Croma Store, Rajouri Garden was indeed a huge disappointment. We were made to believe that no one else could match the services that the brand CROMA provides. I am deeply aggrieved that a highly reputed store which is a TATA enterprise should treat its customers so shoddily after they have received the payment. I am extremely distressed at poor services provided to your customers for problems that can be solved on the phone itself.
Such poor response within 72 hours of making a purchase from your store makes me regret my decision of ever dealing with this brand.
I sincerely hope that your firm addresses this solution at the earliest and restores our faith in the name.
