I bought two phone instruments costing Rs.690/- each alongwith some other stuff from CROMA, Pacific Mall store. Though the there were 15 minutes left for the closing time, the staff was leaving and rushing me out of the store. They billed me Rs.4600/- and charged from my card in hurry without allowing me to check. After I reached home, I checked that I have been wrongly billed. I have been billed and charged Rs.990/- instead of Rs.690/- wide invoice no. SLF02A022020012658. I felt cheated.

I tried to call at their no. many times but nobody responded. Their website also does not give any email id. When I called the phone no 0120 4180600, voice mail directed me to other no.. I called other no 18005283636 but nobody responded. After 8-10 attempts somebody picked up and asked me to go to the website to address my concern. I fail to understand the policy of turning a blind eye to customers' concerns. I understand Tata's are more lethargic to address consumers' concerns.
