Croma, Jubli hills
Poor service

I bought Nokia X2 mobile from croma, jubli hills on 18/06 and on the second day it got currupted. after three days i took it to Croma center, they said it take 8 days to get it corrected and on the eight day when i called him they said we are sendig it for replacement so it will take 8 more days, when final day of delivery we reached to center they gave different coloured moblie which did want and when did some argument they within four days they will do the home delivery but still nothing has happened. Please look into this matter and give some strict punishment. We wanted that set very urgently but becacuse of there poor sevice it is still getting delayes.
