I bought a Sony 8GB memory card from the croma outlet near marathahalli. At the time of purchase the sales person informed its a PSP 3000 compatible memory card. As on the pack it was no where mentioned its suitable for a PSP, still the seles person said it is and will take it back if its not compatible.
When I tried to get it exchanged as it was not intended for a PSP 3000 and does not suites it, the shop manager said its against the exchange policy as the pack is open.
I made it clear it was done as the sales person guaranteed it will be exchanged if found non compatible. Instead of taking action on providing a wrong product they are in a stand of ignorance and made it clear it cannot be exchanged.
I don't think I am at fault here. Its the sales guys out there in the store who does not have proper knowledge on what they are dealing with.
Please don't go for what the sales guys in the store are saying. Google out about the product before you go out to shop in any croma store.
