I had registered a complaint [#495049 on 15-6] about water dripping out from my split airconditioner. I was assured of a technician visit within 48 hours by th ecustomer care. Nobody came .10 days later I called customer care to find out the case being closed since technicians were not able to reach me.
They opened another complaint [#508939 on 27-6 ] assuring service. I spoke to a manager in customer care on 29-6, who promised me a speedy resolution within 24 hours or refund of my money on the product. Nobody visited nor called me. I called cutomer care on 30-6 to find the case was being closed yesterday with notes as technicians visiting my house and backend team confirming resolution of my problem.
NO SUCH THING WAS DONE. My problem with airconditioner still exists
