The Nokia E5-00 Mobile Phone has the below manufacturing defects.
1. Ear Phone is dead or inactive while making a call even it is connected.
2. System hangs frequently, where options through keys will not work.
3. System restarts frequently.
4. Many times ear phone will be dead and loud speaker may work.
5. Many times both the ear phone and loudspeaker fails to work.
This happens to Nokia E5-00 mobile phones.
Hence, Nokia India Company should replace all the Nokia E5-00 model phones with a defect free phone towards all customers, whoever purchased Nokia E5-00.

If the sold Nokia E5-00 Mobile Phones were not replaced to all customers, I will raise this issue before the honourable Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, Hon’ble Minister for Consumer Protection, State Consumer Helpline, and also through the MPs of Indian National Congress at the Indian Parliament
