Coil Problem under Warranty

Purchased a crompton 12" My Air (1200) All purpose, white WM Fan (Personal) from Rathna Fan House (Pvt) Ltd., on 16.04.2010. It stopped functioning in the month of aug.. lodged a complaint with crompton.. Sangeetha Electricals (Phone 9894026776/9840340627/9383313773 visited us (Job Sheet No.2971/14.09.2010) and promosed replacement.. inspite of several calls we have not got replacement..
