No proper service and reply when called to Customer care

Hi,

This is hari (9884564994). I bought some Crompton Greaves Fans on 17th feb one of which is not working feb29th. I immediately logged a Complaint with the Customercare (18004190505).they gave me a Complaint id (1103012440) and the max time for service is 3 days they said.one service person came and on checking the fan he said some part to be replaced which he will do in 2 or 3 days. I was around 6 times i called up to the Customercare for which they keep on postponing the days, I never got it Fixed. It was around 35 days i logged the Complaint. Can U help me logging a complaint...
