Very poor item

I have purchase a mobile D9000 QWERTY vide Order No 399759 in bangalore, as serving in defence I posted in J&K but the condition is very poor

a) Back side cover broken

b) battery is very weak, want to charge four time a day

c) Literature not found in the item which u have sent

I have informed to the customer care but no response please change my set as early as possible and u have given 6 months warranty I am very much worried
