Non delivery of ubislet

I had booked for a ubislet online in late Dec. Lateron in month of feb I got an email to send a check 0f 2999 rupees to get delivery by April. and i did so but even after making several emails to said company I am not able to get my delivery yet.

I want to know whether the company is fraud if yes then how I would be able to get my paid mony back.
