Poor response from Customer Care and Service provide

I have purchased ONIDA 1.5 tom split Ac from Rathna Fan House Chennai on 28 May they have installed after 2 to 3 days later. This year the cooling is very poor. I Called the Customer care and registered a complaint (Comp No:1206-9116380190) and technician came and he said they need to refile the Gas and it will cost 3800Rs. Now its going to be 1 month after I made the complaint. Still there is no response to the complaint and I keep on calling the customer care and no response for the same. Very poor service and customer care for such a company like Onida.
