Non delivery of pre-order Ubislate 7

I have pre-booked Datewind Ubislate 7 tablet on 21st December and ID is PMCC3A606AB5. Again sent a DD for Rs.2999/- to M/s Datawind Innovation Pvt. Ltd., Amritsar in the month of February. There is no acknowledgement received from them. Even item is not received yet.
