Not received tablet even after 6 months of prepayment

I ordered and prepaid ubislate 7 tablet in december. i ordered it from their official website www.ubislate.com. they told i will receive it by february. but they keep on postponning the date. i have paid 3000 rs for it. they also dont keep on updating us about why it is so late.
