I AM A HOMOEOPATHIC DOCTOR DESIGNATED AS CENTRE HEAD BAKSON'S HOMOEOPATHY SINCE 7 YRS.

I visited Dawaropenworld Galleria on 30/3 and paid Rs8500/- for Biosleep plus samsung AC.They told me they will collect all documents from my residence day after for EMI purpose. At that time Bajaj Finance agent was not present at showroom around 6:30 pm. I collected all papers and got them signed by my sister. Due to some problems her loan was rejected. Then Mr Manoj called me and told me about same. I told him that i shall be visiting showroom and give all my papers same time along with salary slip. All formalities were done and i was told that i'll get delv of Ac next day. Message from Bajaj finance flashed on my cell stating my loan is approved. The EMI was 1250/- for 8 months. Now Mr Manoj tells me to give mininstatement of my account or passbook. Being a doctor i explained him that i have patients and it will not be easy for me to visit again and again. So he agreed that he will be collecting it himself. I called him and gave him mininstatement. Now again he wants copy of passbook.these 3 days have been so bitter for me just because of Mr Manoj. My time spent was a mere waste and my clinic and patients suffered. If he could have communicated me all details in advance then i should have done same day. But then he stopped the delievery of the Ac inspite of that my loan was approved. Kindly take necessary action for same.
