These guys Deepak and Nitin representing Deep enterprises came posing as guys form Eureka Forbes. I signed a one-year annual maintenance service contract with on 16 August for the servicing of the water-purifier. I paid them 1150 for one year. They have not turned for the second servicing. All the calls go in vague, they keep saying that they will come today or tomorrow. Is there anything I can do?
