I booked a refrigerator (Model W/pool IC355 Neo FCGB4 Graphite13830) at Sony Electronics, 22-86, Chandanagar, Hyderabad. They supplied the fridge on same day at about 2230 hrs on 01/07. Very next day it is observed that there is a hole at the side of the lower handle. When telephonically asked regarding this, they told it is normal. But on further enquiry it is found that it is a manufacturing defect. My shop is not taking any interest to get it changed. They are telling that it the responsibility of the Whirlpool company. Company telling that send the fridge to company at my own expenditure. As I purchased the new fridge from the shop then it should be the responsibility of the shop to deliver a correct item. What should I do now? More over the company did not come for demo. After repeated request they came.
