I am using DELL XCD 35 mobile phone from last 8 weeks. I purchased this phone because of the known quality, service, durability assured by DELL products, But unfortunately this phone is the worst product ever launched by DELL or any other electronics giant. There is nothing good in this phone, the battery back up is poorest, it gets heated up even in a 2 minute conversation, the camera is worst than 1 MGP almost like a VGA which you can see by yourself as it gives blur and dark pictures, the processor as well as the touch is so slow that its beyond anyone's apprehension. The phone is with ANDROID software, but it surely is not giving justice to the android what it deserves, there are no support or drivers available for the phone also.
Although the magnitude of the disaster by selling this phone to customers at such high prices is too high but what challenges other person's tolerance is that dell has not given any option exclusively in its official website to make a complaint regarding its products unlike the procedure to order the products online, in which they are very fast.
