The system is almost repair 10 to 12 times in 9 months

I was purchase a dell laptop inspiron n5010 (15R)

and it not work properly and it always have problem in every month in 10 months it was repaired 1o to 12 times and i am not satisfied with this product and i want my money back but the company din listen my complaint...
