HI,
I had purchased the above mentioned model of Dell mobile in Oct. 2012.
I had problems right from day 1
When I approached the customer care in Bangalore, they assured me of replacement as guaranteed
Since then I am calling them regularly for the same and they are giving excuses for the last 3 months
Even today their answer was "status of your request will be known to you if you call day after tomorrow"
They were not even ready to give proper email id for complaining
Very poor service
