Subhiksha mobile is one of the worst shop ever I've seen in my life. I've just Bought a Mobile phone (Samsung J210) on 11/08, the next day when I open My mobile I find a Defect in my mobile.in my keypad i couldn't find the number 8 is working. I've to press it too hard to get the number, when i ask about this to subhiksha showroom the said that it is not a complaint and it will be cleared automatically, I've used it for four more days but the fault is not rectified, so I've complain again to subhiksha mobile about this but they have not responded for it, so now i am trying to complain directly to Samsung Company, but the mobile is a very nice mobile many of my friend got that mobile and it is working very good without any fault, but all the mobiles in subhiksha is worst, I advice people not to buy any mobile from subhiksha, and better to take consumer case on it.
