I had bought a Fly mobile from Subhiksha Stores, and was told that the mobile is good and the features and price at which it is available is the best in the market. They said they had sold various pieces and no complaint had come till now, however on usage i am facing basic problems with the handset. You cant set the ringer tone, alarm doesn't ring, profiles wont change the ringers etc... I went back to subhiksha and now they say that I should take the mobile to Fly service center and my handset is hardly 15 days old, I told them that if the problem is not solved there then what, they gave me a weird answer stating that they can buy the 15 day phone back at the current market price. I am really disappointed with their service as they take no onus after selling a brand, I would have been better off buying from a general mobile store who would have certainly exchanged the handset for me. People beware... DON'T OPT FOR FLY HANDSETS EVEN IF THEY GIVE YOU FOR FREE, and through Subhiksha Never... I am a disappointed customer who feels cheated after paying 5 K and not getting any thing in return.
